Description:  U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel(s) (multiple awards up to two vessels or until the government’s needs have been met) capable of carrying a portion of 200,066 square feet (10,154.7 short tons) of cargo (helicopters, wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, and breakbulk).  Each vessel shall be capable of carrying a minimum of 70,000 square feet of military cargo from the cargo list and a minimum laden speed of 15 knots.
