About this opportunity
The Air Force Sustainment Center is announcing a sole source purchase order to 4D Technology Corporation for 4D InSpec Machine service support at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex, with quotations due by June 15, 2026. The five-year contract (one base year plus four option years) runs from September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2031, covering remedial maintenance and technical support for twenty-two machines at Tinker Air Force Base. Only 4D Technology Corporation is considered reasonably available as the sole source provider because it is the original equipment manufacturer with exclusive access to proprietary equipment, calibration procedures, and certified replacement parts necessary to maintain precision accuracy; market research confirmed no other vendors offer comparable service under NAICS 811210 (Automotive Body and Trailer Repair and Painting) or PSC J066. Scope includes unlimited call center technical and software support (up to 40 hours quarterly, Monday–Friday, 0800–1700 hours, 48-hour maximum response time), loaner equipment shipment within two business days of any system failure with prepaid return shipping, factory-certified replacement parts at no additional cost, standard software updates with remote installation and training, and three annual on-site training sessions on new software features. All quotations must be submitted electronically to bridgette.miles@us.af.mil with 90-day validity; offerors must be registered in SAM prior to award. Contract value uses firm fixed price pricing; all shipments are FOB Destination to Tinker AFB with shipping costs included in quoted price.
