About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime is seeking to procure 14 units of valve assemblies for manifolds under National Stock Number 4820-01-493-9616. This acquisition is for supplies where the Government does not possess complete technical data, requiring the agency to solicit only from approved sources under federal acquisition regulations. The procurement will be conducted as a full and open competition with no set-aside designation, allowing all responsible sources to submit offers. The solicitation will become available on the Defense Information Systems Agency's DIBBS platform on or after October 31, 2025, with offers due by December 1, 2025. Award decisions will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors detailed in the solicitation, with price being a significant but not sole determining factor.
The procurement specifies no set-aside programs and identifies Electric Boat Corporation (96169) with part number H845-1801-A as the approved source for these valve assemblies. The 14-unit requirement is structured across four quantity price break ranges: 1-4 units, 5-8 units, 9-12 units, and 13-14 units, with delivery required within 548 days from contract award. The contract opportunity falls under NAICS code 332911 for Industrial Valve Manufacturing and PSC code 4820 for Nonpowered Valves. Inspection and acceptance will occur at origin with FOB terms at origin, and all offers must be submitted in English and denominated in U.S. dollars. The procurement may be subject to Trade Agreements Act provisions, and interested suppliers have 15 days from this notice to identify their capability to provide commercial items if applicable.
