About this opportunity

The U.S. Air Force 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley Space Force Base is seeking to procure two compact utility tractors for snow removal and grounds maintenance operations through this re-solicitation. The tractors must meet specific technical requirements including diesel fuel operation, 4-wheel drive capability, closed-cab with climate control, at least 38.7 horsepower with 31.1 PTO, minimum 2,200 lbs lifting capacity, and various attachments including a front scoop bucket, front-mounted blade for snow pushing, Front 3-Point Hitch with A-Frame Adapter, Dual Selective Control Valve System, and Telescoping Front Drive Shaft. Vendors must submit their responses via email to the Contracting Officer MSgt Matthew Hagan and Contract Specialist 2Lt Justin Hughes. The evaluation will be based on technical acceptability and price considerations. The solicitation deadline is July 25, 2025, at 12:00 PM MDT, with responses required to include quotes, warranty details, company information, and CAGE Code/UEI numbers.

This procurement opportunity is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 333924 for Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing. The contract requires delivery of the two utility tractors within 190 days after award, with specific delivery requirements mandating the use of a "lowboy" delivery vehicle due to limited access at the delivery area and absence of off-loading ramps. Performance will take place at Buckley Space Force Base in Aurora, Colorado. The tractors will be inspected upon delivery by government officials at the specified location. While no specific contract value is mentioned in the solicitation materials, the procurement follows provisions outlined in Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 and various federal contracting regulations.
