The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is soliciting quotations for the repair and/or modification of a single axial piston pump (NSN 7HH 4320-12-386-7936) through Request for Quotations N00104-26-Q-TB12. Quoters must submit firm-fixed price (FFP), not-to-exceed (NTE), or estimated (EST) pricing proposals and are required to include unit price, total price, and repair turnaround time (RTAT) in their responses. The Government will evaluate only firm pricing; test and evaluation quotes will not be accepted. Award will be made to an authorized repair source, and the Government will not delay contract award while an unauthorized source seeks authorization. The deadline for quotations is April 27, 2026, providing vendors with a 12-day response period from the April 15, 2026 posting date. The contracting officer is T. Curfman, who can be contacted at (717) 605-3080 or tyler.l.curfman.civ@us.navy.mil for additional information.
This procurement is not designated as a small business set-away, meaning all qualified vendors are eligible to compete regardless of business size. The repair work shall conform to the original manufacturer's specifications and drawings, with comprehensive compliance required for configuration management, engineering changes, preservation and packaging per MIL-STD-2073, and marking per MIL-STD-129. The completed pump must be shipped to DLA Distribution New Cumberland Facility in "A" condition stock, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the contractor's origin location. The statement of work incorporates numerous Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses addressing cybersecurity requirements, export controls, and government property management. Performance will take place in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, where NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support is located, and the repair work encompasses a single unit with no stated contract value range provided in the solicitation notice.
