The truck requires a Tier IV Final diesel or gasoline engine with automatic transmission, independent electronic tank gauges with Scully Intelli Check 3 overfill systems for both compartments, and independent pumping systems delivering 20 GPM for diesel and 10 GPM for gasoline. Additional equipment includes dual dispensing reels with electric retract on the driver's side, electronic registers with digital displays, flow meters, Stage II CARB-compliant vapor recovery, cab air conditioning, backup camera, backup alarm, 50-foot minimum static grounding reel, fire extinguisher, and spill kit storage box (minimum 14" x 14" x 24"). Delivery is FOB Destination to Building 4876, Warehouse 6, Edwards within 180 days after order receipt; the contracting officer has established the 180-day deadline as firm and will not extend absent absolute necessity. Operators', maintenance, and parts manuals are required. Notice text
3K Dual Compartment / Dual Pumping GSE Refueler is a heavy-duty, 3,000-gallon Ground Support Equipment refueling truck engineered to simultaneously manage and dispense two different fuel types (typically unleaded gasoline and diesel) to airport ground fleets. By utilizing a split-tank design and independent plumbing networks, a single truck can service an entire airport's diverse GSE infrastructure without risk of cross-contamination. A more detailed description of the requirement is attached.
