The training operations require a minimum operational capacity of 6 aircraft lifts daily within the specified altitude parameters, with aircraft configured to safely transport 10 parachutists per mission. The contract falls under NAICS code 611699 for miscellaneous schools and instruction services and PSC code W015 for aircraft lease or rental equipment.
