The United States Air Force (USAF), 316th Contracting Squadron, intends to award a sole source (Only One Responsible Source) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Center for Public Safety Excellence with one three-month base year.
The proposed service will be utilized by the 316 CES to provide a Fire Department Strategic Plan to Joint Base Andrews, MD. Award will be made directly to Center for Public Safety Excellence (CPSE) IAW FAR 6.302-1 “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”.
