NAICS Code 483111, Deep Sea Freight Transportation; PSC V124, Transportation/Travel/Relocation—Transportation: Marine Charter.

Minimum submission requirements include a ship name, price, and signature. Valid proposals must include a Certificate of Inspection, stow plan with trim and stability calculations, lashing gear information, and a warranty acknowledging compliance with all solicitation requirements.
