About this opportunity

The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command seeks stave bearing supplies via sole source to Duramax Marine, with proposals due August 4, 2026. The procurement is set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB).

The requirement comprises 18 line items for stave bearing #10 in various configurations (standard thickness, 1/16" oversize, and 1/8" oversize), with unit quantities ranging from 26 to 52 per line item. The Government has reserved the right to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses received to this notice; the determination not to compete remains solely within Government discretion.

Delivery is FOB origin to SRF and JRMC Yokosuka, Japan, with inspection and acceptance at both origin and destination. The Government arranges and pays all transportation costs through NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Shipment Processing office. This is a firm fixed price contract. The NAICS code is 332991, Ball and Roller Bearing Manufacturing; PSC is 2010, Ship and Boat Propulsion Components. The Government will evaluate the offeror's price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination in accordance with RFO 12.203.
