About this opportunity
The New Hampshire National Guard seeks quotes for a 2-post 10,000-pound lift, with quotes due August 14, 2026. The procurement is 100% set-aside for small business under NAICS 333921 (Elevator and Moving Stairway Manufacturing), with a 1,000-employee size standard.
Place of performance is Newington, NH 03801. The requirement comprises two line items: CLIN 0001, one 10,000-pound-capacity 2-post lift capable of lifting vehicles 6 feet off the ground with 208–230V power requirement, automatic mechanical safety locks, automatic hydraulic safety systems, one cylinder per column, and width between posts up to 10 feet; and CLIN 0002, installation as a single job. FOB Destination is 302 Newmarket Street, Newington, NH 03801. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Quotes must remain valid for 60 days. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued under FAR Subpart 12.6 for commercial items; no separate solicitation document will be issued.
Evaluation weighs price and technical factors. Technical acceptability is assessed on an Acceptable or Unacceptable basis, determined by the quoter's ability to provide detailed responses demonstrating how products meet the salient characteristics specified. Acceptable quotes must clearly address all line items, provide details on how products meet or exceed minimum salient characteristics, and include delivery requirements. The procurement incorporates standard FAR and DFARS clauses including limitations on subcontracting: for supplies, the prime cannot pay more than 50 percent of the government-paid amount to subcontractors that are not similarly situated entities, excluding material costs.
