The solicitation was posted on January 16, 2025, with proposals due by January 28, 2025, indicating a relatively short procurement timeline. While specific evaluation criteria are not explicitly detailed in the notice, the strict delivery and loading requirements suggest a focus on technical compliance and logistics capability.
The contract is designated as a total small business set-aside, meaning only small businesses are eligible to compete for this opportunity. The delivery requirements specify that the fluid must be delivered within 60 days after receipt of order, with precise coordination required with the point of contact established at the time of award. The place of performance appears to be with the 193 Special Operations Maintenance Group, though the exact location is not specified in the solicitation.
