All interested contractors must attend a mandatory pre-quote conference scheduled for February 3, 2026, at 1:00 PM CST at Building 48, Room 100, 3101 J David Jones Parkway, Springfield, Illinois, and all proposals are due by February 26, 2026. Additional requirements include compliance with federal wage determinations, insurance minimums, safety standards, environmental protections, and submission of various deliverables tracked through a Schedule of Material Submittals that includes bonds, work schedules, certificates of compliance, shop drawings, test reports, warranties, and Safety Data Sheets.

The work must be completed within 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with performance occurring during standard work hours of 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. The project requires five overhead hose reels (four equipped with 5 HP, 3-phase exhaust fans for Main Maintenance Bays 106, 107, and 108, and one equipped with a 1 HP fan for Fuel Maintenance Bay 101), with all hoses measuring 6 inches in diameter and at least 36 feet long and rated to 600 degrees Fahrenheit.
