Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign-flag, double-hull shallow-draft tanker with segregated ballast tanks, capable of carrying a minimum of 30,000 bbls of clean, petroleum product (intentions JP5, JP8, or F76) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation.
