About this opportunity
The Oregon Army National Guard's 142d Fighter Wing is conducting a Sources Sought market research initiative for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to secure repair services for F-15/F-16 PW-220 flameholders with NSN 2840-01-326-4066. This pre-solicitation notice seeks to identify potential vendors with specific qualifications, primarily those possessing a current source approval letter from the Air Force Repair Enhancement Program (AFREP). Interested contractors must submit responses electronically, limited to the provided information sheet and five additional pages detailing past performance and experience. Respondents are required to provide comprehensive company information, including business name, contact details, CAGE code, and their specific small business category designation. The government will use these responses to determine potential small business set-aside categories and assess industry capacity, with a response deadline of February 4, 2025.
The pre-solicitation does not specify a specific contract value or quantity of flameholders to be repaired and makes no commitment to award a contract. Potential vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and remain current throughout the contract period to be eligible. Small businesses of various designated categories are encouraged to respond, including Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), HUBZone, Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The procurement falls under the NAICS category 336413 for Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing and PSC category 1680 for Miscellaneous Aircraft Accessories and Components.
