About this opportunity

The Wisconsin Air National Guard's 115th Maintenance Group is seeking contractors to repair and install X-Ray Safety Interlock Assembly components for their Non-Destructive Inspection equipment. The Department of the Army National Guard is procuring repair services for two damaged TSG P/N 501015 X-Ray Safety Interlock Relay Assemblies, or alternatively, supply of two new approved assemblies along with installation, commissioning, and functional testing services. The primary requirement is to ensure the x-ray equipment maintains operational interlock capabilities in full compliance with Air Force Technical Order 33B-1-2, with the option to propose alternative interlock systems if approved by the Air Force NDI Office. While the notice does not specify detailed evaluation criteria, contractors must demonstrate capability and adequacy in fulfilling the stated requirements through their response to the Sources Sought request. Interested contractors must submit responses via email by the November 6, 2025 deadline with the reference "Sources Sought W50S9F-26-Q-0001" to be considered.

This procurement carries no set-aside designation and is open to all qualified contractors. No incumbent contractor or specific award value range is identified in the pre-solicitation notice. The procurement is classified under NAICS 334517 (Irradiation Apparatus Manufacturing) and PSC 6525 (Imaging Equipment and Supplies: Medical, Dental, Veterinary), indicating the specialized nature of the required components and services. As a Sources Sought notice, this represents an early stage opportunity designed to gauge market capability before formal solicitation, allowing interested contractors to demonstrate their qualifications for potential consideration in the upcoming formal request for proposals.
