Attached you will find the Limited Sources Justification that supports a logical follow-on for an originally competed Time & Materials task order under GSA IT Schedule 70, set aside for HubZone. This action is a noncompetitive acquisition of expert consultation and advice on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) support from Paradyme Management, Inc. for QEDS of the Census Bureau.

On October 17, 2018, Leslie Andrecs notified ACQ that this requirement will be waived of the ARB Paper Review process but OAM required the submission of the LSJ.

Should you need any additional information, please do not hesitate to let us know.
