About this file
This document is an industry day announcement for the Army National Guard eXportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) program. The XCTC program supports and enables Army National Guard Brigade Combat Teams to conduct integrated force-on-force training events as they prepare for future readiness-building events or operational deployments.
The industry day is scheduled for Friday, May 31, 2024 at Fort Cavazos, Texas and will provide attendees with an XCTC program overview, tours of the exercise support group and range operations, and the opportunity for one-on-one discussions. The government plans to release a draft Request for Proposal in late Q1 FY25, issue the RFP in mid-Q2 FY25, and award the contract in early Q2 FY26. Registration for the industry day is limited to two attendees per company and is required by May 17, 2024. The XCTC program supports the training readiness of Army National Guard Brigade Combat Teams through a 21-day, multi-echelon exercise focused on Brigade Training Level 3 proficiency.
