XM200G METAL PRINTER

STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

1.0 BACKGROUND

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) requires one (1) 3D Metal Printer, model XM200G, with installation and training at Dahlgren, Virginia.

2.0 APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS

2.1 Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Specifications;

2.2 Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Regulations; and

2.3 Center for Disease Control (CDC) Guidelines.

3.0 REQUIREMENTS

3.1 The contractor shall provide the following Metal 3D Printer and associated materials, manufactured by XACT Metal, Inc.:

3.1.1 The contractor shall coordinate with the Technical Point of Contact (POC) to coordinate the installation and identify the installation location during a kick-off meeting within 30 days of receipt of the order.

3.1.2 The contractor shall complete installation of the equipment within 60 days of delivery to the government.

3.2 The contractor shall install the system in accordance with (IAW) OEM specifications to meet all capabilities of the system.

3.3 The contractor shall test the system after installation, confirming with the TPOC the system’s proper functionality and location.

3.4 The contractor shall provide and transport required tooling for proper installation of the equipment.

3.5 The contractor shall protect Government property from damage or disfigurement.

3.6 The contractor shall provide one-time training on the functionality capability and proper usage, common troubleshooting, and proper cleaning procedures for the equipment.

3.7 The contractor personnel shall wear personal protective equipment IAW OSHA regulations and CDC guidelines throughout the project.

3.8 The contractor shall perform all work during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 0800 – 1700.

3.9 The contractor shall be responsible for removal and disposal of all installation related debris and shipping materials.

4.0 GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED PROPERTY/MATERIAL/INFORMATION

(GFP/GFM/GFI)

4.1 The government will provide access to the base and building for work completion.

5.0 SECURITY

All work under this SOW is unclassified.

6.0 TRAVEL

The contractor will be required to travel in performance of this contract. The number of trips and types of personnel traveling shall be limited to the minimum required to accomplish work requirements and shall be coordinated with the technical point of contact. All travel shall be conducted in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR). The following travel is anticipated: One (1) Senior Engineer for 2 days to Dahlgren, Virginia.
