About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for the Test Enterprise Network Modernization II (TENM2) 2 Project at the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) Subordinate Organizations. The RFI seeks industry responses for the network design and cost estimation in developing a hybrid fiber and wireless communications network architecture to meet ATEC's current and future test network requirements. The RFI covers the Redstone Test Center, White Sands Test Center, and Fort Bliss.

The key requirements include developing a hybrid fiber/wireless network solution capable of providing connectivity utilizing both fixed and mobile wireless towers while leveraging existing fiber infrastructure. The solution must meet cybersecurity, performance, mobility, portability, and scalability requirements. The RFI requests technical solutions, capabilities, cost and schedule information, and details on any planned subcontracting to small businesses. Site visits to the locations are offered to assist respondents. Responses are due by 3:00 pm EST on July 26, 2024 and should be submitted to the Contract Specialist and Technical Point of Contact.
