WRBBD Security System Maintenance Contract SOW

Vendor will provide technical & maintenance services for the BLM Wind River Bighorn Basin District [WRBBD] facilities (Worland WY, Cody WY, and Lander WY) at an hourly rate with a “not to exceed” cost in combination of $50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand dollars and 00/100 cents). A discounted rate will be applied for time applied against the service for supporting office/clerical work. Vendor will submit a detailed report every quarter detailing the WRBBD total expenditures to date, as well as the billing totals for each site. Vendor will also notify proper WYSO Procurement channels of all potential expenditures that may be required for larger specific repairs/replacements, and shall proceed with such only when said repair(s) and/or replacement(s) have been given proper WRBBD Management or WYSO Procurement approval. Vendor shall be certified for Avigilon and Gallager security systems, and/or have a working relationship with Avigilon and Gallager distribution and tech support to be able to provide efficient and technically appropriate on-site service for both systems so Vendor will be able to provide full support for each and all systems throughout the district, including, but not limited to CCTV, Access Control, and Central Security Control Hub.
