About this file
This document is a Work Plan for a COVID-19 Vaccination Access Grant provided by NorthWest Senior & Disability Services for North Marion County. The grant will fund various activities to support COVID-19 vaccination access for older adults, family caregivers, and aging network staff and volunteers, with a focus on underserved populations. The grant categories include Vaccination Access Outreach Materials, Vaccination Outreach Staff Expenses, Vaccination Educational Materials, Vaccination Campaign Materials, and Expenses related to Vaccination Events. Applicants must provide the estimated cost and number of units to be served for each category. The target jurisdictions for this grant opportunity are Marion County and the City of Salem.
The grant funds must be used to provide culturally responsive, low-barrier access to COVID-19 vaccinations. Applicants should indicate the distribution of funds for each category in the work plan. This grant opportunity is part of NorthWest Senior & Disability Services' efforts to address vaccine inequality and increase vaccination rates in the region.
