About this file

This is a Statement of Work for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) establishing Caterpillar equipment repair, rental, parts, and service for the Bureau of Land Management's Boise District (Solicitation Number 140L2626Q0057). The BPA has a cumulative spending cap of $300,000 and obligates the Government only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made. Pricing must be equal to or lower than those charged to the vendor's most favored customers for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions, with no state sales tax applied to invoices.

The Boise District requires comprehensive Caterpillar equipment services at four locations: the Boise District Office Complex (3948 S. Development Ave, Boise, ID 83705), Bruneau Fire Guard Station (29861 Reniecke Road, Bruneau, ID 83604), Hammett Fire Guard Station (746 N Hammett Hill, Hammett, ID 83627), and Boise Wild Horse Corrals (12449 S. Pleasant Valley Road, Kuna, ID 83634). Services include emergency and preventative equipment repairs, mobile services, unit testing and certification, troubleshooting, equipment updates, attachment purchases, and equipment rentals for road maintenance and fire support operations. Heavy equipment rental pricing must include daily, weekly, and monthly rates with a one-hour delivery estimate to Bruneau Guard Station or Johnstone Creek. The cost formula is (Monthly Rental Rate × 1.01 Environmental Fee) + Delivery Rate + Pickup Rate, with the Government providing fuel. Vendors must submit monthly invoices with itemized delivery tickets and provide model numbers and available equipment lists. The solicitation is structured as "All or None," requiring vendors to provide complete pricing for all requested equipment categories.
