About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for office furniture removal, installation, and workspace setup across three designated rooms.
The project requires the vendor to remove and dispose of 49 existing furniture pieces, install new executive suite quality furniture, and perform worksite cleanup during and after completion. Room 1 requires installation of four cubicles (6'x6' or 5.5'x6.5'), four stationary desks with brown surfaces, and four mid-back rolling chairs. Each cubicle must feature metal and fabric construction with blue fabric, white or gray metal trim, capability to mount a 2'x2.5' whiteboard, and power/network ports for NIPR, phones, and office equipment. Room 2 requires three 3'x6' stationary desks supporting two students each with brown work surfaces, seven black pleather mid-back rolling chairs, and three 4'x6' whiteboards mounted on east and south walls. Room 3 is the largest, requiring 19 cubicles with similar specifications to Room 1, 20 stationary desks with brown surfaces, 19 three-drawer locking storage cabinets (1.5'x2'x3') for placement in cubicles, 19 overhead cabinets (approximately 1'x1'x4'), and 19 high-back rolling chairs. Additional specifications note approximately 20 electrical outlets in Room 1 and six outlets each in Rooms 2 and 3, with no flooring work required.
