In the event the TP does not have existing powered rack space and/or available card slots in CPE cages, chassis, or nests, the TP shall provide and install all racks and/or CPE Cages, Chassis, or nests required to support this service. Charges for hardware and associated installation are to be included in the TP’s non-recurring charge for this service. All TP provided racks and/or CPE cages, chassis, or nests installed to support this service shall be utilized exclusively for telecommunication services contracted by a DITCO contracting office.

(D) Circuit Performance: Monthly availability must be 98.5% or greater for unprotected services and have a frame loss ratio of < .01% and Jitter < 30ms.
Latency measured round-trip, will be according to the following guidelines:
Within country: less than 25ms;
Within Europe: less than 75ms;
Outside Europe: less than 150ms.
Any APS switchover shall take less than 50 milliseconds.
