window rfi.jpg

This image shows a view through a window unit that would be included in the exterior window tinting requirement for FA568225R2001. The window appears to be a standard double-pane commercial window with a transom section above. Through the window, there is a clear view of a white water tower against a blue sky in the upper portion, and a yellow building with grass in the foreground below. The window's current untinted state allows full visibility and light transmission, which the RFI indicates needs modification for better temperature regulation across 61 similar 4'x6' windows and 7 doors in a single-story building.

The image serves as a reference point for potential contractors to understand the type and style of windows requiring tinting services. The Department of the Air Force United States Air Forces in Europe - Air Forces Africa is seeking market research through this RFI for the window tinting project, and recommends interested vendors conduct a site survey to fully assess the requirements.
