About this file

This document is a Scope of Services for the Willow Point Wildlife Area Water Well Drilling project issued by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), Division of Wildlife. The scope outlines the specifications for drilling a new 8" PVC water well, including mobilization, site clearing and grading, well installation, and development. The project requires a mandatory site visit between June 3-14, 2024, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Failure to request a site visit will not be sufficient reason to be released from the contract if awarded.

The contract will be awarded based on the low lot total, determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage for all bid items. All bidders must sign and attach the Standard Affirmation & Disclosure Form in Ohio Buys. Invoices must be submitted directly to Ohio Shared Services through email, fax, or mail. The project is scheduled to commence upon approval of the purchase order.
