About this file

This notice of intent describes a sole-source contract for maintenance of NOAA All-Hazards Radio transmitter equipment in Wisconsin. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration intends to negotiate a five-year contract with the Wisconsin Educational Communication Board, with one base year and four consecutive option years, to provide necessary maintenance services, leased space, and communication bandwidth for NOAA's weather radio network transmitter sites in the state. Vendors must submit a written response by March 20, 2020 demonstrating their ability to meet requirements to the identified contract specialist via email, though the notice suggests the government may proceed with negotiating the sole-source contract regardless of any responses received.
