It is the responsibility of the recipient of this solicitation to ensure that it has been received from the internet in its entirety, and USAID bears no responsibility for data errors resulting from transmission or conversion processes.

USAID/Jordan will select the Offeror’s proposal that demonstrates the technical understanding required to achieve the project objectives at the best value to the Government. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions listed in Section L of this RFP. Proposals received after the closing date and time will be processed as late and handled in accordance with FAR 15.208. Only electronic submissions will be accepted.

Issuance of this solicitation does not obligate the Government to make an award, nor does it commit the Government to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal. Furthermore, the Government reserves the right to reject any and all offers, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of the Government.

Thank you for your interest in USAID/Jordan programs.

Sincerely, Camille Garcia Supervisory Contracting Officer
