Statement of Work:
Provide and install 2 new solar powered emergency telephone Code Blue towers for the parking lot (for employee security) in the designated area provided by NOAA. These units will be programmed by vendor and will report via cellular tower to designated phone numbers provided by NOAA.
Concrete platforms need to be installed. Grounding equipment and labor need to be provided. Once this is done the solar units will be mounted and programmed. Clear brush or tree as required for the concrete platforms for the Code Blue units.
These units need to be installed with direct view of sunlight, they cannot be blocked by trees. For best performance they need to have clear line of site to the sun and cell tower.
All grounding equipment, concrete work, and freight must be included. Forklift rental must be included to mount the Code Blue units.
This requires an account with either AT&T or T‐Mobile for each unit. NOAA will need to open accounts and get the SIM cards for the vendor to install into each GSM unit for the product to communicate.
PROVIDED BY NOAA:
‐ Phone numbers and connection for service for the Code Blue units.
‐ 2 Locations with direct view of sunlight or open sky for best performance.
‐ Provide GSM AT&T or T‐Mobile accounts for each tower, also provide the SIM cards for each unit.
‐ System must include a full (1) year warranty on all provided parts and labor ‐ All security signage to be provided and installed by NOAA ‐ All work to be performed during normal working hours.
‐ There will be a monthly charge for the communication of these units to AT&T or T‐Mobile directly with NOAA.
