About this file
The document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a requirement to provide four (4) Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) instruments. The USAFSAM/PHD organization requires these WBGT instruments to support training for preventive medicine personnel operating in contingency environments. The WBGT instruments must meet specific salient characteristics, including the ability to measure globe temperature, dry bulb temperature, wet bulb temperature, relative humidity, and provide a WBGT index. The instruments must be water-resistant, weigh no more than 3 lbs, be battery-operated, and have an operating temperature range of -5°C to +100°C. The instruments shall also include data logging and event logging capabilities.
