The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, transportation, and equipment; designate a primary Point of Contact; coordinate base access passes (DBIDS) for all personnel; and ensure commercial vehicles enter WPAFB via the Commercial Vehicle Delivery Gate at Gate 26A. The contractor must maintain capability to provide additional tanks if requested due to extreme heat and establish a deadline by which the Government can request such additions. Payment will be made upon submission of a proper invoice via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) after all equipment has been delivered and services accepted by the Government.
