About this file

This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor's Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division. The determination (No. 2015-4527, Revision 31, effective December 3, 2025) applies to service contracts in Alabama County of Russell and Georgia Counties of Chattahoochee, Harris, Marion, and Muscogee.

The document establishes prevailing wage rates for 232 occupational classifications across multiple job families, including administrative support and clerical, automotive service, food preparation and service, furniture maintenance and repair, general services and support, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional, laundry and dry-cleaning, machine tool operation and repair, materials handling and packing, mechanics and maintenance and repair, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective service, recreation, stevedoring and longshore, technical, and transportation and mobile equipment operation. Wage rates range from $10.22 per hour for waiters and waitresses to $52.70 per hour for aircraft crew training device instructors and maintenance test pilots. All occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (or $222.00 per week) for standard contracts and $5.09 per hour for Executive Order 13706-covered contracts. Employees are entitled to two weeks of paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after eight years, and four weeks after fifteen years, plus eleven paid holidays annually. The determination includes special provisions for computer professionals, air traffic controllers and weather observers with night pay and Sunday pay differentials, an eight percent hazardous pay differential for ordnance and explosives work, a four percent differential for close proximity hazard work, and uniform allowance requirements. A conformance process is outlined for occupations not listed in the wage determination, requiring contractor submission of proposed classifications and rates for Department of Labor approval.
