The wage determination lists prevailing hourly rates for over 300 occupational classifications across multiple service categories, including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional positions, laundry and dry-cleaning, machine tool operations, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, and transportation/mobile equipment operations. All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly) for standard contracts or $5.09 per hour for those subject to Executive Order 13706. Additional benefits include vacation accrual (2-4 weeks based on tenure), eleven paid holidays annually, and special provisions for hazardous duty pay (4-8 percent differential), night and Sunday pay differentials for certain roles, and uniform allowances. The document includes conformance procedures requiring contractors to classify unlisted occupations using Standard Form 1444, subject to Department of Labor approval.
