About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division, effective December 3, 2025 (Wage Determination No. 2015-4929, Revision 30).
The wage determination applies to federal service contracts performed in nine Wisconsin counties: Barron, Buffalo, Clark, Crawford, Dunn, Jackson, Juneau, Monroe, Pepin, and Trempealeau. It establishes prevailing wage rates for approximately 200 occupational classifications across multiple service categories, including administrative support and clerical occupations, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance and repair, general services and support, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional occupations, laundry and dry cleaning, machine tool operation, materials handling and packing, mechanics and maintenance and repair, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, transportation/mobile equipment operations, and miscellaneous occupations. Wage rates range from $10.86 per hour (dishwasher) to $57.95 per hour (nuclear medicine technologist). All occupations listed receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly, or $222.00 per week or $962.00 per month), with an alternative rate of $5.09 per hour for EO 13706 compliance ($203.60 weekly or $882.27 monthly). Employees receive two weeks paid vacation after one year of service with a contractor or successor, three weeks after eight years, and four weeks after fifteen years. The determination mandates a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually and includes special pay provisions for air traffic controllers and weather observers (night pay differential and Sunday premium pay of 25 percent), hazardous duty differentials of eight percent or four percent depending on exposure to ordnance and explosives, and uniform allowance requirements. Computer professionals earning at least $684 weekly on a salary or fee basis may qualify for exemption from wage determination requirements. Conformance procedures are required for unlisted occupational classifications, submitted via Standard Form 1444.
