About this file

This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division, applicable to Southeastern Connecticut County, Connecticut (Wage Determination No. 2015-4111, Revision 33, dated December 3, 2025).

The document establishes prevailing wage rates for service contracts performed in specified cities and towns including Bozrah, East Lyme, Franklin, Griswold, Groton, Ledyard, Lisbon, Montville, New London, North Stonington, Norwich, Preston, Salem, Sprague, Stoniington, and Waterford. It lists over 200 occupation codes and titles spanning administrative, automotive, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health, information technology, instructional, laundry, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical, and transportation occupations. Wage rates range from $15.99 per hour (Taxi Driver) to $65.09 per hour (Nuclear Medicine Technologist). All occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week) or $222 weekly, plus an additional $5.09 per hour under Executive Order 13706 for paid sick leave. Standard benefits include two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after five years, and four weeks after 15 years; twelve paid holidays annually; and health and welfare coverage. Computer professionals earning at least $684 per week may be exempt from wage determination requirements if they meet specific criteria. Air traffic controllers and weather observers receive night pay differentials and Sunday premium pay. Hazardous pay differentials of 8 percent and 4 percent apply to designated ordnance and explosive material positions. Uniform allowances are provided when required, with maintenance reimbursement at $3.35 per day. The determination requires conformance procedures for unlisted occupations via Standard Form 1444.
