The document establishes prevailing wage rates for 200+ service occupations across multiple categories including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information technology, instructional positions, laundry and dry cleaning, machine tool operations, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, and transportation/mobile equipment operations. Wage rates range from $15.95 per hour (Taxi Driver) to $75.09 per hour (Nuclear Medicine Technologist). All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week, $222.00 weekly, or $962.00 monthly), plus vacation accrual (2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 15 years), minimum 11 paid holidays annually, and health and welfare benefits. Special provisions apply to computer professionals (footnote 1), air traffic controllers and weather observers with night/Sunday pay differentials (footnote 2), hazardous duty differentials (4-8 percent), and uniform allowances ($3.35 per week for maintenance where applicable). The determination includes conformance procedures for unlisted classifications requiring SF-1444 submission to the Department of Labor for wage authorization.
