The process for preparing a conformance request is
1) When preparing the bid, the contractor identifi occupation(s) and computes a proposed rate(s).
2) After contract award, the contractor prepares a the proposed classification title(s), a Federal gr proposed classification(s), job description(s), an rate(s), including information regarding the agree authorized representative of the employees involve representative, the employees themselves.
