Question and Answers

1. Cleaning services cannot begin until Friday after 11:00am. Does all cleaning have to be complete on that day?

Yes, cleaning must be provided every Friday due to personnel change-outs.

2. Linens will be changed and required toiletries will be replaced. Is the contractor required for the laundry service or will this be provided by the government?

Contractor is responsible for laundry services.

3. Coffee maker will be provided by the contractor. Will coffee, cups, filters, etc. be provided by the government or the occupant?

Only the coffee maker will be provided by the contractor. Other coffee items will be provided by the occupant.

4. Will the government provide storage for linens and cleaning supplies?

No storage will be provided by the government.

5. Will the government allow monthly invoices?

Yes

6. What is the bed size in the rooms?

Single bed

7. What is the current contract amount?

There is not a current contract in place.

8. Has this SOW changed dramatically since the current contract?

There is not a current contract in place.

9. Can the proposal be submitted via email or mail only?

Email is the preferred method.

10. Is there a mandatory site visit?

There have been no site visits scheduled.

Labor rates must follow the requirements under the US Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division.
