RFIs
1. Q: Can all the TV and Radio broadcasts run on digital streaming platforms?
A: Yes, as long as it is local to Connecticut.
2. Q: Is there a requirement for any ads (TV or Radio) to run on linear?
A: No, as long as impression ratios are met and any ads ran not, on linear are local to
Connecticut.
3. Q: Can you provide more detail on the 4-1 ratio?
A: 4:1 ratio means that we will receive $4 dollars worth of TV and Radio advertising for $1 dollar. This was previously provided in our NCSA contract through NGB.
4. Q: Impression Goal for campaign is 12 million total? Is there a breakdown on impressions from radio vs impressions from video?
A: The digital media impression goal is 12 million, we did not set a benchmark for TV/Radio impressions. We do not have a reference in order to determine that goal. Impression goals can be established once we have known factors from the vendor, such as stations, locations, and whether they are streaming or linear. The benchmark set is the delivery of 48 TV commercials per month and 160 Radio commercials per month. These would be placed on relevant TV and Radio stations based on our target demographic, defined in the PWS.
5. Q: If the pricing range of $100,000 - $250,000 for the entire program duration or a per month range?
A: It is for the entire program duration.
6. Q: Will it be paid out evenly during the duration of the contract or after the contract duration is over?
A: Paid out evenly over the Period of Performance of the contract (equal monthly payments).
