Question and Answer

W91ZLK-20-R-0012

Please note the PWS will be updated to reflect the corrections necessary per the questions below.

5/27/20 1--The Performance Work Statement alludes to "Attachment 1" and "Attachment 2," but there are no attachments inside the Word file. So, does this notation actually refer to the Attachment 1 and Attachment 2 equipment lists that are contained inside the Excel file?

A: 1. The PWS should include attachment marked as equipment list. The original PWS included both attachments it was merged into one and labeled as equipment list.

2--The instructional text displayed on BETA SAM itself (not inside any of the attached files) refers to a "Vendor Bid Schedule Attachment." Can you please clarify if the "Vendor Bid Schedule Attachment" is the on-screen text itself, or if this is a missing file that will be uploaded to BETA SAM later on?

A: Vendor Bid schedule was also a separate document however it was determined to structure the CLIN's in a simplified manner verses multiple CLINs. This is also something that should have been removed prior to posting the Vendor Bid schedule is the CLIN structure.

3--This seems to be a contract that would be covered by the Service Contract Act (SCA). Some agencies opt to upload and attach the SCA Wage Determinations file to the RFP notice inside BETA SAM, but I don't see one there right now for solicitation #W91ZLK-20-R-0012. My company knows how to look up the Wage Determination inside BETA SAM anyway, so it is okay; we just wanted to mention this, in case you want to upload the SCA Wage Determinations as an attachment with the RFP notice while you are looking closely at the file structure anyway.

A: SCA Wage Determinations as determined by Federal law.
