About this file
This document is an Amendment to Solicitation W91YTZ24Q0078 for Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring (IONM) services at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Liberty, NC. The amendment provides questions and answers related to the solicitation. Key details include:
The solicitation is a follow-on to a previous contract (W91YTZ21A0021) awarded to NuVasive Clinical Services Monitoring, Inc. The period of performance will be from August 1, 2024 through July 31, 2027. Credentialing requirements include Neurodiagnostic Credentialing & Accreditation and Certification for Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) for technologists. In 2023, there were 34 total cases requiring IONM support, all for neuro or ortho spine procedures. The government expects 1-3 concurrent cases per day. One IONM technician is required per case or day. This is a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) requirement.
