About this file

This document contains government responses to questions about federal contract solicitation number W91YTZ24Q0021 for courier services at Fort Eustis. The government response provides details on the current contract including that it uses one driver per trip rotating among at least three drivers, with vehicles typically being standard four door sedans. About 250 trips are estimated annually taking place on typical business days of the week. Pickup and delivery times and locations are specified for four different medical facilities. The response also notes the government may consider past CPARS evaluations and that training certificates and procedures would be acceptable for demonstrating driver qualifications rather than specific employee information.
