W91YTZ22Q0128_Urinalysis Analyzer Questions from Contractors with Government Responses
Question 1. In the SON 1.1.7- the volume states 6,000 tests per year however, in table 1 annual volume shows 600 for most tests and 400 for Mucus, Casts, and Crystals, so seems to be conflicting volume. Can you confirm the annual volume for this requirement? Also, does Fort Lee do 100% micros? Typically, we see a smaller % of total volume with micros.
Government Response: the initial table values were incorrect and the correct annual test volumes for urine chemistries is 6,000 and urine microscopy is 4,000. The Statement of Need has been revised accordingly.

Question 2. Can you clarify that the 5 page response is referring to only the response and doesn't include the 4 pages of the SOW? So SOW response would be no more than 9 pages??
Government Response: Ignore the 5 Page limit for technical response requirement stated in the ADDENDUM to 52.212-1. If you are embedding responses and including the SOW, please limit your page length to 15 pages.
