1. I see it says daily rental. Will different items need to be delivered on a daily basis? Or will it be a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly base deliveries?

Response: Specialty equipment, beds, mattresses and like items will be ordered as needed on a daily rental rate.

2. Also is there a rough estimate of how many of each item is needed per month. So a company will know roughly how much to expect to deliver or have on hand?

Response: There is not a rough estimate. Specialty equipment, beds, mattresses and like items will be ordered on an as needed daily rental rate dependent upon patient care needs.

3. The Technical Evaluation (page 32) states that the “offer clearly meets the minimum requirements of the solicitation”, however, there are no minimum requirements listed.

Can you provide the minimum requirements that a vendor must meet?

Response: The minimum requirements are identified on page 18 through page 23. The Performance Work Statement is page 18 through page 20, and Exhibit 1 is identified on page 20 through page 23.

4. Can you confirm if a vendor must provide an equivalent to every product listed in Exhibit 1 to be considered for award? As these products are Brand Name to Hill-Rom, other vendors may have products are that inclusive of multiple line items in one product.

Response: Hill-Rom Specialty equipment, beds, mattresses and like items have historically been used at Womack Army Medical Center. To maintain standardization, these are the specialty beds that will continue to be used at Womack Army Medical Center.

5. The solicitation asks us to provide a sanitized and un-sanitized copy of the technical quote. Is that only in reference to Part I: Technical Information or the entirety of all 3 Parts?

Response: A Sanitized and un-sanitized is only required for Part 1 (which is the Performance Work Statement).
