RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS

Q: It states in the Note section that the limit for page count for Technical Information is limited to 5 pages. However, it also states that a compensation plan must be completed for each position (of which there are 4). If there are 4 pages for each position, then the Retention/Recruitment Plan, as well as the SDVOSB letter, that only leave one page for all three.
RESPONSE: Reference the note section of Addendum 52.212-1, the Government will amend the solicitation to change the page limits for Part I Technical Information from 5 pages to 10 pages and changes the spacing to ‘single space’.
Question 4: Pg 121 Part I Technical Information Note:
Q: It states that all information must be scrubbed from the Technical Information, however the SDVOSB letter inherently will have identifying information.
RESPONSE: As stated in the note section of Addendum 52.212-1, “The contractor is required to provide an unsanitized and sanitized copy of the technical proposal. The sanitized copy shall be void of any identifiable references, such as CAGE Code, names (company or individual), etc. Offers submitted without a sanitized and un-sanitized version of the technical proposal will not be evaluated. The government will not evaluate a proposal that does not include a sanitized copy.”
