STATEMENT OF WORK
FOR
3rd Battalion, 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) Mobile Paint Booth
07 December 2017

1. SCOPE
3rd Battalion 160th SOAR (Abn) Delta Company requires a Mobile Environmental Paint Booth to support ongoing maintenance.
1.1.1 DIMENSIONS
The Mobile Paint Booth must meet the following exact dimensions:
· Outside Width: Over 14 feet 11 inches
· Outside Length: Over 30 feet not including air induction tubes
· Air induction Tubes: 4 feet
· Height: Over 9 feet 6 inches
· Inside Width: Over 11 feet 10 inches
· Inside Length: Over 30 feet
· Center Column to Floor 8 Feet minimum
1.1.2 Standard Features
· Two 4,000 CFM 3 speed air movers
· 12 Adjustable Filtered Air Inlets
· Three 10 inch X 70 Inch 99.3% Capture Efficiency Exhaust Filters
· Six Emergency Exit Locations
1.1.3 Features
· Fully enclosed portable paint booth
· 12 Fresh air inlet filters
· 3 Exhaust Paint Filters
· 1 Automobile entrance
· 2 Employee Entrances
· 2 Spray Equipment Access Panels
· 3 Rapid Air Release Slots
· 6 Emergency Exit Access Points
· 8 Tie Down straps
· 1 Storage Bag
· 2 4000 CFM adjustable Air Movers
· 1 Minor Patch Repair Kit
· 1 Serial Number along with Production Date
· 1 Year Limited Manufacture Warranty
· Will include 1 Booth dolly and 1 trailer hitch rack
2. REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Core
The vendor must have the equipment in stock and be able to deliver equipment in an appropriate amount of time
2.2 Period of Performance
The delivery of equipment needs to be within the appropriate amount of days
2.3 Place of Performance
Not applicable
2.4 Contractor Personnel
Contracted personnel will perform the necessary operations and maintenance activities in order to meet the prescribed requirements within the SOW
2.5 Administrative Considerations
2.5.1 Contractor-Furnished Items and Services, except for those items or services specifically tested as Government furnished, the contractor shall furnish everything needed to perform this contract according to all its terms
2.6 Environmental and Hazardous Materials Handling
2.6.1 The contractor shall perform the requirements of this SOW in an environmentally acceptable manner consistent with Army, federal, state, and local environment laws and regulations.
2.6.2 The contractor shall follow established policies and procedures that minimize the risk of environmental pollution
2.6.3 The contractor shall follow Army, MACOM, and restricted area regulations/instructions and local plans and procedures concerning the handling of potentially hazardous/toxic materials
2.6.4 The contractor shall cooperate with airfield officials in conducting inspections, resolving incidents, and take corrective action to prevent recurrence, where the release of hazardous/toxic materials occurs within the contractor’s area of responsibility as defined in this SOW
2.6.5 The contractor shall follow established programs to safely and properly use, manage, store, control, and dispose of combustible, flammable, and hazardous materials.
2.6.6 Revision: Revisions to the plan to assure contractor compliance to the requirements of the SOW and contract/task may be required at any time during performance of the contract. The contractor shall make appropriate revisions and obtain acceptance of the revised plan from the PCO.
