The table for Past Performance Evaluation Factors states in paragraph 1 “Evidence of successful past performance that demonstrates performance relevant to tank repair projects similar to or exceeding the work required in the PWS.”
Should the reference to “tank repair” be revised to state “Administrative Support”?
RFQ Page 10
Attached, revised RFQ shows corrected past performance evaluation under provision 52.212-2.

The RFQ states “1.6.14 Other Direct Costs (ODC): Other Direct Costs may be required of Contractor personnel in support of the requirements of this PWS. Such costs may entail relocation costs, housing costs, utilities costs, official travel costs, materials cost etc. All ODCs SHALL be approved in advance by the COR assigned overall responsibility for monitoring Contractor performance.”
Should there be a separate CLIN for ODCs?
If not, are we to included all such cost into the FFP?
PWS page 9
One time transportation costs should be accounted for under one or more of the travel CLINs listed. For all other recurring ODCs, include costs as part of the monthly rate for CLINs 0001, 0002, 1001, 1002 respectively as necessary.

Technical Factor 3 – the submission requirement states: “The offeror shall provide the names, social security number, and date of birth …”
It is our practice to password protect any Personal Identifying Information (PII) sent via email over the internet. Would the Government accept our standard clearance verification information that includes: Eligibility Level / Determination, Supporting Investigation, Continuous Evaluation, Polygraph, Counterintelligence, Open Incident Report, and Open Investigation?
If not, may we provide the PII in a separate document that is password protected.
RFQ Page 10
PII submission may be submitted as a password protected document as long as the document shows a primary and alternate company POC with phone numbers that can be contacted by the Government to receive the passport. See revision to provision 52.212-2.
