About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for Catholic Priest services to be performed at Fort Detrick, MD. The government is seeking a contractor to provide these non-personal services, with a base year starting July 1, 2024 and up to four 12-month option years. The RFI provides details on the required services, which include Sunday worship services, confession, and other special religious services, with the priest working up to 2 hours per day. The government has an incumbent priest and is interested in understanding contractor capabilities, including the ability to quickly replace the priest if needed. The contract will be Firm-Fixed Price, and the government will not provide a vehicle or fuel for the priest to travel to other locations. The RFI indicates this is a controlled unclassified contract.
