About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract, Amendment Number 0001, effective 26 JUN 2026. The amendment modifies solicitation W91RUS26QA035, originally dated 22 JUN 2026, issued by the W96QK ACC-APG CONT CT SW SECTOR, ITEC4 CONTRACTING CENTER located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The contracting officer is ROSA L. RASCON.
The amendment adds technical requirements for high power, low loss coaxial cables required by EPG (Engineering and Planning Group) for outfitting the Large Arc facility. The cables must feature 3.5 mm male connectors on each end and be ruggedized with neoprene jackets for use in antenna pattern measurement testing at outdoor capacity. Required quantities include: 1x 140-foot, 2x 100-foot, 4x 50-foot, 4x 25-foot, 4x 10-foot, and 2x 6-foot cables. Technical specifications include 50 ohm impedance (±2 ohms), maximum operating frequency of 26.5 GHz, shielding effectiveness exceeding 100 dB up to 18 GHz and 90 dB from 18-26.5 GHz, minimum static bend radius of 0.75 inches, minimum dynamic bend radius of 1.375 inches, and operating temperature range from -65°C to 200°C. Maximum cable attenuation limits are specified across multiple frequency points, ranging from 0.06 dB/ft at 1 GHz to 0.36 dB/ft at 26.5 GHz. Connectors must be standard 3.5 mm male interfaces supporting 26.5 GHz frequency rating, straight-oriented for facility alignment, with standard hex-nut coupling required. The receipt of this amendment must be acknowledged prior to the solicitation deadline to avoid offer rejection.
